If you are taking a cab/grab, we have a drop off point right in front of McDonald’s and we are just a few steps away!

If you are driving, you may park directly at Beauty World Centre.

We are right opposite the hawker centre at L4! 

At The Hyve, our coaches hold relevant certifications, such as Working with Children Using Play and Creative Arts Therapy for our Junior Explorer Program, while our head coaches are certified behavioural consultants. These qualifications form the foundation of the expert guidance they provide across all our programs, from junior explorer programs to coaching sessions and bootcamps.

Each coach is an experienced industry professional in their field of expertise, with over five years of working with/mentoring children and youth, and they have undergone comprehensive training through The Hyve to ensure quality and consistency.

We carefully select coaches who can genuinely engage, motivate, and inspire our learners, fostering both academic and personal growth. They work closely with parents to tailor support and achieve the best outcomes for each child. Beyond their professional expertise, our coaches serve as positive role models, embodying the values we nurture in our students.

To uphold high standards, The Hyve is equipped with multiple CCTV cameras that are regularly reviewed to monitor coaching effectiveness and ensure excellent curriculum delivery. Coaches also rotate regularly, providing students with diverse experiences and teaching styles when necessary. 

We keep our class sizes small, typically between 2 to 6 students, to foster a supportive and focused learning environment. This allows our coaches to truly understand each child’s unique strengths and challenges. When needed, we provide additional coaching support to ensure every learner receives personalized attention and tailored guidance, helping them grow confidently at their own pace.

Many of our students join us feeling shy or energetic at first, and it’s completely normal. Our experienced coaches are specially trained to engage children with diverse personalities and needs, using insights from your child’s TraitsFinder report to tailor their approach, where applicable. We create a warm, supportive environment where every child feels safe to express themselves and grow. Our ultimate goal is to help your child build confidence, social skills, and emotional resilience—so they can thrive both inside and outside the classroom.

Yes, all course materials are included in the course fees. This covers workbooks, hands-on materials, and any end products your child creates. We carefully select and regularly update these materials to ensure they are high-quality, safe, and relevant. Our goal is to provide a realistic and engaging learning environment where your child can explore and grow confidently.

We require all rescheduling requests to be made at least 24 hours before the class to avoid forfeiting the session. Classes cannot be canceled outright but can be rescheduled within this timeframe without penalty.

In cases of emergencies, such as medical issues, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling or makeup lessons on a case-by-case basis. Classes will not be forfeited if rescheduled with valid reasons or within the 24-hour notice period.

Yes, we offer trial sessions for new students. Trial sessions are chargeable and provide a great opportunity to experience our learning environment and coaching style before committing to a full program. Please contact us to book a trial session.
